As an Assistant Vice President for First American’s Education Division, Matt focuses exclusively on serving the needs of the education community by creating customized lease-finance solutions that align cash flows with strategic goals for upcoming asset renewal programs and campus improvement programs. He specializes in sustainability upgrades using budget-neutral financing to align energy savings to fund the project.
Matt holds degrees in biological science and chemistry from the State University of New York at Cortland, and a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Systems from the Rochester Institute of Technology’s Golisano Institute for Sustainability. He was recently appointed to the AASHE Advisory Council.
Matt is active in the community as a volunteer for Honor Flight Rochester. He currently resides in Rochester, NY, with his wife.
