For a prestigious arts school in NYC, funding major renovations to its main performance hall had significant cash flow implications. The school decided the best option was to launch a fundraising campaign to raise money needed for the project. While many schools engage in capital fundraising campaigns, they’re often left waiting to break ground as pledges are received over a number of years.  For most schools, this leaves a great deal of uncertainty as to how much will be raised, timing of pledge receipts, and potential changes in the construction schedule.

The new state-of-the-art performance hall enables the school to recruit and
retain world-class faculty, staff, and students.
